2. HEAD START THROUGH METHODIC DESIGN - PROBLEM-DRIVEN INNOVATION
In order to tackle organised crime in an integrated manner and to deploy security professionals, it is important that supporting (digital) solutions are problem-driven. They must also be developed collectively with a centrally articulated question, for example around mental resilience and training.
In combination with a problem-driven (design thinking) approach, innovation from the safety need leads to more effective interventions than a technology-driven approach.
